ICTMHS 2026 is planned primarily as an onsite international conference hosted at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Diponegoro (FK UNDIP), Semarang. Selected sessions may also be available in hybrid format to accommodate international participants and invited speakers.

The conference welcomes researchers, academicians, clinicians, healthcare professionals, policy makers, and university students involved in medicine, biomedical sciences, and interdisciplinary health research.

Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in indexed national and international journals following peer-review and editorial selection.

ICTMHS 2026 accepts original research, reviews, and case reports written in clear scientific English. Manuscripts should generally not exceed 11 pages, with a maximum of 4,500 words for the main text, a title of no more than 20 words, and a structured abstract limited to 250 words. Authors are encouraged to organize their papers into Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion sections, followed by references, acknowledgements, author contributions, and supplementary information when applicable. Up to 6 keywords may be included for indexing purposes. All submissions must follow Vancouver referencing style and include editable figures, tables, and equations. Ethical approval statements are required for studies involving humans or animals. Figures and tables should be clear, properly labelled, and limited to a reasonable number according to manuscript length. Supplementary materials should be submitted separately in PDF or compatible formats. Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure clarity, minimize technical jargon, and carefully review formatting before submission.

Participants may choose between Oral Presentation (10–15 minutes) and Poster Presentation in digital or printed format.
