SEMARANG – As the countdown to the 10th International Conference on Translational Medicine and Health Sciences (ICTMHS) 2026 begins, the organizing committee has released the official guidelines and essential information for participants and speakers. Hosted by the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Diponegoro (FK UNDIP), this year’s conference is set to be a landmark event in the global health calendar.
Venue & Accessibility
The conference will take place at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), located in the Tembalang area, Semarang. The venue provides a modern academic environment suitable for interactive sessions and collaboration.
Getting to the Venue:
- From Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport (SRG): Approximately 30–45 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing services.
- From Semarang Tawang Train Station: Approximately 35–50 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing services.
- From Semarang Poncol Train Station: Approximately 30–45 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing services.
- From Terboyo Bus Terminal: Approximately 25–40 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing services.
- Public Transport: Trans Semarang BRT corridors are available, connecting key areas of the city to the UNDIP Tembalang campus.
Abstract Submission & Presentation
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit their latest work. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Abstract Format: Must be written in English, with a maximum of 250–300 words.
- Structure: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- Presentation Modes:
- Oral Presentation: 10–15 minutes.
- Poster Presentation: Available in digital or printed formats.
- Publication: Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in indexed journals.
